All our products are manufactured under controlled supervision right from the raw material receipt to finished product delivery. For every product Overall & Stage wise Quality Assurance Plan is prepared & tests/inspections are carried out at various stages.
For Fabrication of FRP-GRP Equipments the following Tests/Checks are carried out :
1. Checking of physical properties with respect to supplier’s Test Certificate
2. Checking of Gel Time for all grades of Resin
3. Checking of all bought outs
4. Record of Resin type & quantity
5. Record of Glass type & quantity
1. Laminate Testing for various properties like tensile strength, barcol hardness etc.
2. Checks on layup sequence for glass content
3. Internal in process inspection reports
4. ISpark test for thermoplastic lined equipments
5. Thickness measurement
6. Weld strength & Bond strength
7. Record of layers & type of glass
8. Record of in process inspection
9. Records of barcol hardness test, tensile strength test, unit modulus, lap shear strength, bond strength & ash test on cut-out
1. Final Dimensional & Performance testing inspection
2. Pressure / Vacuum test
3. Water fill test for Vessels
4. Spark test for thermoplastic lined equipments
5. Post curing (if needed)
